Updates and Key Dates

1. The deadline to opt-out/object was October 30, 2020 and has passed.
2. The deadline for claiming reimbursement for most claims is August 9, 2021.
3. The Settlement was approved by the Court. See the “Court Documents” tab to review the Order.
4. Judgment was entered by the Court on June 10, 2021. Payments for approved claims will be mailed 30 days after the Effective Date which occurs when all appeals are exhausted. The deadline to appeal the judgment is July 12, 2021. If no appeals are filed payments will begin August 10, 2021 for claims that have been processed. Please continue to check this page for updates.
